How about regular water exercises...if its 100 levels or 10, you can still be in the warmed regular water shifting that system. (Sweating and hot quick flashes don't have much impact on you in this exercise...nice!)

I do some of my best considering when I am out on a increase. Something about that privacy, considering, gives me another way to look at a problem, and usually, take action.
